This is the second book of the Three Sisters Island Trilogy.
This story is Ripley Todd's story in the trilogy. MacAllister Booke has come to the Three Sisters Island to do research on super-natural powers.
At the same time, Jonathan Harding has come to the island after following the path Nell Channing Todd's took across the country to escape her abusive ex-husband, Evan Remington, who is now jailed in a mental institute after he attempted to murder Nell and Zack.
Nell has recently married Zack and is living at the Todd home, along with his sister, Ripley. Ripley is uncomfortable with this and wants to move into Mia's cottage â where Nell lived before she married Zack. But she's too late, because Mia has rented the cottage out to MacAllister (Mac) Booke.
Jonathan Harding and Evan Remington have come under an evil spell and are out to destroy the sisters. Mac joins forces with Mia, Nell, Zack and Ripley to fight the evil that is out to destroy them.
Once again, another exciting book in the series.
