I liked most everything about this book. It is told from two POVs, but differs from most in that they also comment on the other's story, as though there are really two people telling the story. I'm not so sure that it is so much a thriller, but certainly psychological. There were numerous witty comments, which added a nice twist, but there is also a very difficult subject matter. There is no gratuitous sex or violence.
