This was my first book by this author and I can't wait to read the next one in the series! There were several times that I laughed out loud, not just a little chuckle, but actually cracked up laughing, wait until you get to the section about the bird and you will see what I mean. The author has that quirky way of writing that flows like a fast moving conversation and you can't put the book down. It is a great story about the melding together of different cultures and religious backgrounds, but the common denominator is the desire to love and be loved. Every family has a little craziness about them and often, as in the cases of the Rossi and Neely families, that is what makes them who they are. I won't say any more, but I loved this book and highly recommend it!
