At last the beauty book I've been searching for. Ms. Irons has covered just about every beauty problem there is at every age. It's all here in one book including diet,skincare, beauty supplements, foods to eat, clothing care, cellulite, remedies for age spots, spider veins,frizzy hair, and lots of money saving insider secrets. I liked the way the book was structured. It's easy to read..just the tips without a ton of self-serving stories about the author's life or clients (although there are a lot of model's secrets). My favorite chapters are the emergency diets, attitude & style, cosmetic quick fixes and secret remedies.
