I was very disappointed in this book. It is boring, nothing happens but Charlie telling us how wonderful his grandson is, getting babysitters for Diesel, Diesel chirping and whatever else he does. This book is so different from the previous books in this series it makes you wonder if James just had to get a book to the publisher and it didn't matter what words were on the page. I won't give up on the series because it's been one of my favorites, but this is definitely not what has made this series so enjoyable.
