Well first of all, I could not put this book down. It was a very fast read for me. The story is confusing, but good. If you want to read a happy book, this is not the one for you. It was actually kind of depressing. Depressing but interesting.
The location for most of the book is a mental health hospital where the worst of the worst are kept.
The main character is very likeable, but rather twisted.
I gave the book four stars. I think it is worth your reading time.
