Ruis and Ailim....He's a thief and she's a judge! He stole Rand's Heartgift and now has to leave Celta. He is also a null...which means he can neutralize others' psychic talents.
Ailim...meets him in court before the same council who banishes him to ask for a loan for her family. She actually FEELS emotions and not powers or thoughts from him because of course he has NONE!!! But...they are on opposite sides of the bench and therein lies the excitement and fun because of course man's best cat is again involved only this time it's.....
Samba....an adverturous cat....one devoted to him.....
