Blake Dawson, his brother Toby and cousin Jud just bought a run down ranch called the Lucky Penny Ranch. This ranch has not been lucky for many previous owners some of whom only stayed a day. Allie Logan is a carpenter and has her own construction business. Blake hires her and her friend Deke to fix his roof and then he decides to have her do other work in the house.
