Didn't care for this book nearly as much as the first 2. Vlad would have done better to off Kelly right at the beginning and we the readers would have had a better book with more action and less "justify why I'm correct as a Revolutionist who will get 1000's of people killed and completely denigrate you for killing a few people within the established rules".
