Finally we close the loop on a storyline started in the very first IAD book - the story of Lucia and Garreth.

Lucia is an immortal whose powers are tied to her vow of chastity and Garreth is a warewolf who has finally found his mate - chaste Lucia. There's a lot of running around and an overarching story about her trying to rid the world of a bad guy. I found myself skimming a lot of the discourse about the bad guy and the trip through the amazon. It wasn't that interesting to me. But the romance was hot despite the fact that the characters are unable to have intercourse for most of the book. The love story was probably a bit more of a lust story but I think Cole convinces us they're in love by the end.

I've found the last two books a bit more tedious than the rest of the series. Perhaps I need a break from these characters for a while. But I'll miss them while I wait for the next book to come out.
