Edwina Winfield, returning from her engagement trip on the ill-fated Titanic mourns the death of her fiance and parents. She returns to San Fran with her 5 younger siblings and takes on responsibilities at the families newspaper. The story follows Edwina and her siblings as they grow up and of course, includes some romance. Her life is far different than it would have been, but in some ways, more exciting than she expected.
