Overall, I liked this book. It's somewhere between dark and cute on the paranormal scale, leaning more towards cute, but not quite. The narrator (Camille) is one of three sisters; all of whom have different abilities (witch, were, vampire). I thought that sounded interesting and ramped up the possibilities for the plot.
Camille is sassy, spontaneous, and a tart, so if you like your heroines monogamous, this isn't the book for you. Also, I can see where the language might be a put-off for some readers, as well.
Although I enjoyed the book, I was pretty disappointed in the character development of the other two sisters. They seemed weak compared to Camille's character. I wasn't too excited to continue the series knowing that the next two books focused on them. After reading some of the other reviews, though, I'll continue with the series and see if the other sisters stack up. :)
Happy reading, everyone!
