It takes some time to get used to exercising this way. After doing this for a couple of weeks, I definitely feel like it's an effective way to work out. The book is an easy read, and if you've read any of Jorge Cruise's other books, you can pretty much skip the introductory chapters and jump right into the the theory and practical parts of the material.
