Well done cookbook, with good variety of quick meals. it was a nice surprise. The first recipe I made from it quickly became a favorite, one we return to over and over, the Turkey Picadillo. Easy to make, good right out of pan, and even better next day. My guests always want the recipe. I like this book enough that I'm considering getting the Calphalon Cooks Weekends, too. By the way, this is a trade paperback and does have some color photos.
