Book Review of Your Body's Many Cries for Water: You Are Not Sick, You Are Thirsty: Don't Treat Thirst With Medications

This book didn't help me at all. I drink a minimum of 60 ounces of water per day and I still have IBS, high blood pressure, and diabetes. My boss is the director of clinical nutrition at a major university hospital and he read this and said it's not wrong it's just too simplistic, more water is simply not the only answer to major health problems.
