I am such a Die Hard Fan of this series and was truly disappointed with the plot. No being a writer I could and would have developed the story line much differently. not sure what Sherilyn was trying to do with the characters here and they do deserve so much more consideration that she gave them with this story line. Zephyra, is such a spoiled person and given to temper tantrums that I was totally bored with er character. Stryker and Zephyra are made for each other, but the strengths of the characters are better when they are looked at separately placed together Stryker loses his evil self and become more like a love starved little boy looking for love from his mother. Stop!!!. Why take a nicely developed character and make him into a wimp???? This book was so disappointing on many levels. Not one of her better pieces.
