Excellent, well written book on nutrition. I have never read a diet/nutrition/weight loss book before in my life. Seriously? To lose weight I don't need to exercise my eyes by reading... (yet another book on dieting). This book is excellent. I can't find a better adjective. The content and the way it is transmitted to the audience is outstanding. Get it. You won't regret it.
