Another delightful Jenny Colgan book! I enjoyed reading The Bookshop on the Corner so thought this would be as enjoyable. And it was! Somewhat of a continuation with some of the same characters. The descriptions of Scotland make me want to book a flight!
Zoe is single mom of 4-yo boy with selective mutism. She's just barely surviving in London when a friend suggests a solution in Scotland where she will be an au pair to three motherless children and take over the book van for Nina, who is pregnant. The stories intertwine and there's always the ever-changing Scottish weather involved!
Great read, kept me absorbed on a Sunday evening.
