I didn't like this book at all as it strayed from its title, "Roasting in Hell's Kitchen". Of over 270 pages, less than 12 pages were regarding Hell's Kitchen". After reading the entire book, I find Gordon Ramsey to be an egotistical, obnoxious bully and would never eat at one of his restaurant's!
