I've enjoyed Janet Chapman's books and the continuity of each progressive book in a series of themes from the woods of Maine. This book did not disappoint but was not my favorite of the series. The heroine seemed just a bit too ditsy for my taste and the hero was just a bit remote, and I had trouble identifying with him. The marriage seemed a bit contrived.
