Will Robie works for the U.S. Government and is known to be one of the worlds best sniper/assassins. When employee Jessica Reel, who is another top-of-the-line assassin and every bit as dangerous as Robie, goes rogue while on a sanctioned job, the bosses send Robie in to find her and either bring Reel in for interrogation, or take her out. What they didnt count on was that Robie isnt just a mindless killerhes an investigator, and he finds that theres more to Reels disloyalty than what theyre telling him. Tapping his sources and using his own skills, he tracks her down and instead of killing Reel, he finds out that what shes really doing is killing traitors, trying to stop a bigger plan thats being put in motion. Theres plenty of action to keep the reader from getting bored; no romance between Robie and Reel to screw up the storyline, thank God; and several surprises, right up to the very end. Love Baldaccis books and this one doesnt disappoint!
