THE KITCHEN DAUGHTER was the April 2014 pick in my online book club, The Reading Cove.
Happy to say I enjoyed it overall. It was a touching story about a young woman with Asperger's named Ginny, who loses BOTH parents at the same time and finds comfort in her love of cooking.
Some parts were tedious and a bit repetitive, but I enjoyed the relationship Ginny had with her sister and the conflict they faced.
I give this one a B.
