If you want to stop smoking, and you read this book with close attention, you can quit smoking. No willpower required, no scare tactics used, no weight gain, no feeling deprived, no gimmicks or substitutes. You just quit smoking, easily, joyfully, finally. I smoked a pack a day for fifty years and tried to quit any number of times without success. Then I read this book and quit when I was done (the author insists that you do not quit till you've finished the book). That was only 6 months ago, but as I am grateful to be free of cigarettes at last and do not have the smallest real desire to smoke again, I expect this quit to be forever.
