I would put this in the category of just 'ho hum, mediocre'

Too many pages of italics (pet peeve for me) but that is the way Burton goes into the past explaining what happened (which I skipped most of as it wasn't too important for me)

Romance portion was mostly what happened in the past and the current day and time just drags but at least you don't have to suffer 6-10 pages of sex scenes

The story itself was okay but it was just a mediocre story without a thrill or suspense it just has a mystery but easy to figure out

I'm sure most will love this book but for me it only gets a 3 rating
