I really like the meat of PC'c books, this is no exception, characters, plot and story are all enjoyable and well thought out. Unfortunately PC continually falls flat on ending the books. No exception here. She tends to lay out the perfect story and details thoughout all but the last 1/2 of the last chapter and then seems to do a oh no have to get this to my editor , how do I end it, PLOP, there is the end. Have stopped reading her entirely because of the continual disappointment in the final few pages of her books.
