Book Review of Everything You Need to Ace Math in One Big Fat Notebook: The Complete Middle School Study Guide (Big Fat Notebooks)

reviewed on + 1775 more book reviews

This seems to me to be quite complete and well laid out. It is formatted as the notes of 'the smartest kid in the math class' and printed on faux lined paper, with some markings as a student might make in her/his notes. Exponents, checking multi-step equations, polygons and the coordinate plane, etc. are covered, although earlier chapters are about such skills as working with positive and negative numbers.
Short chapters, check your knowledge, and then one page of answers to those several questions.
This copy is from the sale shelf at the branch library but is not ex-library. It is nearly unread, having shelf wear only as far as I can see in flipping through it, which reminds us that the student must use the book to benefit from it.
