This is not really a book; it's a 6-page, laminated quick-reference chart that gives all the algebraic equations, rules and properties one needs right at their fingertips to finish homework easily or to pass one's test. I got these for my kids when they were in Junior High and High School. Both of them really disliked math so it didn't come easy for them, but these "cheat-sheet" references really helped them do well. I love that it is laminated, normal binder-sized 8.5" x 11" and has the 3 holes to be put in a binder.

It's amazing just how much material is covered. For example, it has:
1) All the equations needed for factoring: Trinomials, Binomials, Perfect Cubes, etc.
2) Properties of real numbers:Associative, Commutative, etc.
3) Sets and subsets theory
4) Rational Expressions (How to do any form of simple and complex fractions)
5) Synthetic division
6) Roots and Radicals (Square root, cube root, etc.), with Radical expressions in equations
7) Quadratic Equations
8) Complex numbers
....just to name a few.

All I know is that both my kids are now in great colleges and are doing very well. Math reference guides like this helped immensely to get them there!
