As I have been looking for higher-protein meals, I've been interested in eating more cottage cheese. This book was what I was looking for. Indeed, this is an excellent book. It has all the essential ingredients; with easy and fast recipes using everyday ingredients. There is nutritional information and a color photo of each completed dish. I am delighted with this cookbook. It has so many different tastes and ingredients.
