Well written, engrossing tale of a post-apocalyptic world where technology has been lost and magic has become a reality. The details of how people live in this world, the mythical creatures that now co-habit the world are fascinating. The comments of the hero, who just can't imagine large metal containers hurtling at high speed a few feet from each other while emitting loud music- are very amusing. At the end, though, it's about human nature- greed, love, sacrifice, violence, death, and selflessness.
