Most of the books I've read in this genre are written by women authors. I was really interested in reading this series and wondered what the feel of it would be. I loved it. The character has a great sense of humor and has a hard time taking himself seriously despite his obvious ability. He's a blend of courage, humility, arrogance, and codependency. The plot was original and held my attention. I am looking forward to see what happens to Dresden and his friends next.
