Family Practice is a good story pivoting around three characters, a doctor whose former wife betrayed him, a young woman who was grew up without a family and feels that she couldn't possibly fit into the life of an educated, affluent doctor...and a child who needs them to work out their "baggage" so they can give him a home....A fairly realistic story of how our past influences our future in ways we need to learn to deal with. A good read.
