This was a great book. It was great to be a voyeur in the sense of 'watching the crazy people down the street' way. It was fascinating watching Augusten transform himself to fit into his new families roles. At times I wanted to shake the parents and tell them to wake up and see what was going on, but then it wouldn't have made the story what it was. I hope the author's other books are just as enjoyable.
