Told from the Heroine's point of view, not told in First Person, which would have made more sense, made reading this difficult at times. Many months in fact to read the first book, several weeks for this one. I REALLY wanted to know what the Hero's side of the story was. It would have added so much more depth and eager reading! Constantly seeking his views and thoughts was distracting and sometimes hard to continue reading. He has SO much story, this could have easily been a trilogy, eagerly consumed.
The premise in this series was interesting in how man was forcing viable planets to meet their needs, and the repercussions of doing so. Trying to find the solution was an interesting twist, yet for me left you hanging in what happened. It could lead to a third book but without his story told from the start, it won't be worth reading. Books could have been a 5 star, but lacking his view made them barely readable.
