Sometimes, for publishers, money is more important than good taste.
I got this book at a thrift shop for next to nothing, simply to show to my friends that good taste is another area area which people no longer care about. Don't even ask me my opinion of the current political campaigns.
I posted it here as so many others want it and it is a cheap way to get a credit.
