A captivating, emotional, and sexy romance. Lilian was a heroine worth her salt, but it was Marcus who stole the show as well as my heart. He was a powder keg in disguise and his inevitable explosion made him so REAL that I cried. Unexpected character and plot twists added dimension. This truly is a gem worth reading. 4 stars.
