This was a great book. I know little about the controversy surrounding the author and whether some parts of this book are really true. Too me, it doesnt matter. This was a well-written, emotional, heartfelt book. And even if ½ is true, I dont care. I still liked it. The book is about Frey and his time in rehab. It talks about how he dealt with it, how he related to his family and the friends he met while he was there. He also relived his horrible nightmare as an addict. IT kept my attention from beginning to end. I am heading over to my wish list to add Freys other book.
