Ralph is not exactly the friend you'd want for your eighth-grader--he failed grades three and five, already shaves and keeps mugs shots of himself in his wallet. But he's just about the only friend Hank has, so Hank finds himself sucked into Ralph's schemes, most of which don't quite work out as planned. Which is usually a good thing.
