I am a College Administrator, and work with students on a daily basis. My work at times can be very draining, and burnout levels are high. It's the human interactions that make my work worthwhile, and these stories are perfect examples of why I continue to do it. I LOVE this book...I'm only swapping it because I have an extra copy!
