It was a final moment grimly preserved for all the world to see: a front-page photo of a young woman plunging to her death from the upper stories of an unfinished skyscraper. It might have been a suicide, but the look, of sheer terror frozen on the woman's face suggest otherwise to Seattle Homicide Detective JP Beaumont. And the sudden addition of more bodies into the mix is leading him to the headquarters of the ironworkers local, where men of steel guard lethal secrets.
