This book was a refreshing and welcome change from the romance novels that I've read lately. I couldn't put it down. The hero, Lord Gareth de Montforte, is everything that a hero should be and more: he's strong, he's sexy, he's charming, he's courageous, he loves kids, and he goes to heroic lengths to make a future for his wife and infant daughter, risking his life in the process and winning my heart as well!
