Gosh the plague of bad luck just dogs Aisling like her demon who's a Newfandland. Why doesn't she ever figure out why she's a Guardian? I don't think that question is ever answered. She seems to have the hots for her green dragon man even though she's treated horribly, which I just don't find as appealing as the first book in this series.
