While words can come cheap, those that convey a truth that can be life changing are treasured and are to be passed on. This book is well crafted and embodies concepts and understandings that set us free to break out of the diminished understandings of the world into the glory of God Himself.
Here is an author that presents the situations in which most of us spend our lives, and then pulls back the curtain to reveal the lies, misconceptions and delusions that so many of us have lived and spent our lives. Once truth is revealed and we can see something much better, it is much easier to start making those transitions that truly set us free to be the person that God would have us be.
We are well served to ready, pray about, and then take action on the revelations given in this potentially life changing book. It is one of the few that our whole church has read and discussed in small groups to help us encourage each other with our own sharing of how we have been set free to start to move in new directions and understandings.
While it is easy to ready, the light that comes from it makes the going slow because of the number of areas that we see and experience that "aha" moments and need to stop to think about them and try to internalize the meaning in such a way that we do not let it get away from us and having seen and understood, than forget and go back to how we were before.
A "must" book for everyone who is serious about the spiritual walk, it is like fine liquor, to be sipped and absorbed slowly so that it can have its full effect on how we live.
