I just finished reading a copy of The One-Day Way by Chantel Hobbs. She is a breath of fresh air in a world full of lose weight quickly with this diet fads. Her philosophy is simple, food, fitness, and faith. Eat good for you foods and cut out the junk. Work out at least 30 minutes a day. Have faith in yourself that you can accomplish this task, using bite size steps.

Basically, she's telling you to do what you know you're supposed to be doing, but never wanted to hear. As someone who actually followed her own plan and lost 200 pounds, she knows what she is talking about. I plan on using her philosophy to start getting healthier.
