I've enjoyed 'time travel' romances before, but this one is truly unique. Here's the information from the back of the book:

"Columbus, Ohio, 1997. When Barrett Overbrook arrived at the quaint roadside bed-and-breakfast, she was in an emotional tailspin. Her ex-boyfriend had married her twin sister that very day--and Barrett could no longer deny that the betrayal had shattered her. Soon after checking into her room, she fell into a surprisingly peaceful slumber. But by the next morning, her life had changed forever...

Columbus, Ohio, 1887. Like lightning, Barrett awoke. She was still at the same bed-and-breakfast--but its rustic charm seemed more real than ever. Everyone kept calling her by the wrong name. And she was in excruciating pain--giving birth to a baby!"

Barrett not only has to come to terms with being in another time period, she has to cope with being in another body! She suddenly has to learn to care for an infant, and the man that is her husband doesn't seem to happy to hear that she says she's from another time and place. It's a very unique time-travel romance that's really enjoyable!
