This is the perfect journal no matter what "plan" you are following. It is a hard fact - in order to lose weight - you must consume less calories then you burn. The greater the difference, the quicker you lose weight, up to a point, you don't want to go into starvation mode ! Anyway - this book is perfect - no dates - so you can start anytime. You can track points, calories, whatever - it's perfect, plus it reminds you weekly of your goals and exercise each day, and how the day wrapped up - there is a companion exercise journal as well - in case that's what you need to focus on - I use both !
