This has a little of each region of Italy. I have made many of the recipes and decided it's time to turn it over to a new pasta lover! The pictures are beautiful and helpful. On the back of the book it says:
A pancia piena si ragiona meglio (Things are always better on a full stomach). I tend to agree, as long as my stomach's not TOO full!
