Great book - Belle Jamison has a had run of bad luck (or bad attitude) with jobs but she needs to support her father so this would be a bad time to be unemployed. Then a guy in a white lab coat shows up in the coffee shop where she is still employed (just barely) and slips something into her mocha latte when she is trying to help him. Nothing is ever the same again - she wakes up to find a strange guy in her bedroom . . . a bedroom that she set on fire in her sleep.

This is a very entertaining story - a world with superheroes and super powers. I enjoyed it immensely.
