I have an interest in archaeology so the subject matter was interesting in the setting the book provided. The story line was OK. It seemed slow moving, repetitive and predictable. The mix characters was interesting and enjoyed the adventure they all took together. It was a fun read, but not a literary classic. Nevertheless, I would now love to read the rest of the books in the series.
