I am a first time mom and this book is GREAT. Especially if you read it before you NEED it :) The swapper who sent this to me mailed it super quick so I was able to read a lot of the chapters before I needed them so when my baby was crying, I could go through the lists of suggestions. It was really comforting for me that I had an idea of what to do next to try to help her.
