Decent book about a couple who cannot conceive a child and about a young LDS girl who gets pregnant and struggles with decision of keep vs adopt. Having struggled with infertility myself, I totally identified with the thoughts and feelings of the fertility challenged woman. It was good to see someone able to put into the right words what a woman goes through with a situation such as this.
I will say that I felt that the second half of the book was too strongly focused on the LDS aspect of the story and found it a bit too "pat" in the solution. Also some of the characters felt just "thrown in" and didn't really develop even though 2 of them were supposed to be her best friends. Still worth the read, especially the diary part from her great-aunt
